Twilight Acres is a non-profit nursing facility located in Wall Lake, Iowa. As a 39-bed, stand-alone facility governed by members of local churches, we are deeply rooted in our community and guided by compassion, dignity, and respect.

Whether a resident joins us for short-term recovery or long-term living, they are welcomed into a supportive environment designed to promote comfort, safety, and belonging. We take pride in providing personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
